My workspace well a variation of it from a while ago.

So you’ve got a knife and it just doesn’t cut like it used to. That’s okay different steels require different care, and if you take care of your knives they will take care of you.

If your knife has lost its edge and you find that you are tearing the foods or things that you are trying to cut what options do you have? PLEASE DO NOT use one of those hand sharpeners that you see in TV ads they have too much variance and can cause your blade to lose its straight edge and become wobbly as they don’t guarantee an accurate bevel.

You could pick up some whetstones and learn to hand sharpen, and it’s a great skill to have but it does take time. That being said we know time is money, so I present to you the fact that I love sharpening knives, and if you want a hand whetstone sharpened finish I can do that at an affordable rate because I love doing it.

By default I’ll be using the same tools that i use to make my knives to sharpen your knives, this will be on my industrial belt grinder with various grits to refine the edge and then finish the sharp edge with a high grit polish to get it razor sharp.
